Install a camera and add it to your account in 10 minutes

TingPush cameras connect out to our server over the Internet, so there is no router port forwarding and nothing to change on your network. Everything below can be done from a phone.

The camera's setup page and the TingPush apps are currently in Vietnamese; the labels below are given as they appear on screen, with a translation.

1. Power on and wait about a minute

On first start, the camera opens a WiFi network named LPR-xxxx (xxxx is the last 4 characters of its MAC address), password 12345678.

2. Put the camera on your network

Join LPR-xxxx from your phone. The setup page opens by itself (if not, go to http://192.168.4.1/lpr/).

• Trạng thái (Status) tab → Xem ảnh camera (View camera image) to adjust the mounting angle.
• WiFi tab: pick the site's WiFi, enter its password and tap Kết nối (Connect). Once connected, the LPR-xxxx network turns itself off.

With a network cable plugged in, the camera uses the cable and you can skip this step.

3. Add the camera to your account

The label on the camera (or Trạng thái → Xem từ xa, Status → Remote viewing) shows the camera ID and an 8-character activation code. Open the TingPush Camera app or the web viewer → Camera của tôi → Thêm camera (My cameras → Add camera) and enter the ID and code.

4. Choose the AI features

Open the camera's Tính năng AI & cảnh báo (AI features & alerts) and turn on what you need: plate reading, people / vehicle line counting, restricted-zone intrusion alerts, face recognition. Features you leave off don't run, so the camera has more headroom.

If WiFi is lost for a long time (for example the router fails), the camera opens LPR-xxxx again so you can reconfigure it. Hold the reset button for 5 seconds to clear the saved WiFi.
